Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. (April 22, 2019) This month’s Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty Beaches sales meeting held on Tuesday, April 16 at Plantation Country Club included a very important check presentation, in addition to the monthly sales review and Jacksonville-area real estate market update.
Through its sister organization, CBV Cares, Coldwell Banker Vanguard – Beaches realtors presented a check for $4,089 to Mission House Assistant Director Michaele Bradford in support of their care of our area’s homeless.
CBV Cares agents raise money through special events, with some agents also donating a portion of their commission to the organization. Local nonprofit organizations are then selected to receive grants throughout the year.
Another organization receiving grant support by CBV Cares this month was Rethreaded. CBV Realtors presented a $1,000 check to Rethreaded’s Partnership Development Manager Co’Relous Bryant to assist victims of human trafficking.
The next CBV Cares Beaches fundraising event is Thursday, April 25, 2019, at Alhambra Dinner Theatre for the musical/dinner performance of “BIG”. Thirty-two tickets have been set aside by CBV Cares and Alhambra Dinner Theatre, with a portion of the $60 ticket price going to Mission House.
