Earlier this week, more than 65 Coldwell Banker Vanguard agents took advantage of a Working With Sellers workshop taught by CEO Pete Dalton. As we focus on VISION for the month of January, attending and participating in continuing education courses is critical for success - no matter the industry you're in. This week's workshop certainly lived up to expectations.

Dalton's three hour course included sharing his strategies and tactics to getting the listing. "The listing sale is never random," said Dalton. "In order to succeed, you must understand the job and know your numbers."

From identifying the four steps to every sale to the seven keys to obtaining listings to providing sample dialogue agents can use with owners, this workshop provided agents with takeaways they can implement immediately to complement their current business plans.
