Updated: Jun 27, 2019
Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, Inc. (CBVR) is pleased to announce the promotion of several leaders within its market development division.
Mona Gardella and Laura Ranneklev have been promoted from Director of Market Development to Vice President positions. Gardella manages the Fleming Island, Avondale and Oakleaf offices, and Ranneklev manages the Mandarin and St. Johns offices. Jennifer Tossavainen Bresnahan was promoted from Career Development Officer to Assistant Director of Market Development for the Fleming Island, Avondale and Oakleaf offices.
"Each of these individuals is an integral part of our brokerage,” said Pete Dalton, broker/owner of CBVR.
“Their leadership skills, combined with their deep knowledge of the real estate industry, ensure our agents and customers receive best-in-class services. Their outstanding performance in key areas such as understanding and addressing our agents’ needs, understanding local market conditions and the ability to execute best business practices ensures our success, and I am grateful to have them on our leadership team.”
Gardella joined CBVR as a real estate agent in 2010, and was promoted to Director of Market Development for Fleming Island in 2015. Since that time, the CBVR’s Fleming Island office consistently ranks as the number one residential real estate brokerage in Clay County. In 2018, she took on the Director of Market Development role for Avondale, which has steadily increased in volume and size.
Ranneklev also joined CBVR in 2010, quickly moving up the ranks to become Director of Market Development for the St. Johns office in 2014. She was then tapped for the Director of Market Development position for the Mandarin office in 2015, and in 2016, her duties were expanded to include management of both offices. Each office has experienced significant growth sales and production, as well as agent growth and retention.
Bresnahan was hired by CBVR in 2016 as a Career Development Officer, working closely with agents on training and personal coaching, as well as business planning. In addition to assisting agents with their career development, Bresnahan will also work closely with Gardella to ensure their offices reach maximum success through education, empowerment and professional development.
